Weekly Meditation
We welcome your attendance at our weekly meditations on Mondays from 7-8:45pm via Zoom. During this time we chant, meditate and discuss the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and enjoy spiritual fellowship. The second Monday of each month, we are joined by a guest speaker from the Ananda community. If you are interested in joining us or learning more, please feel free to contact us.
What is Ananda?
Ananda is a global spiritual movement, based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, who showed how everyone can realize God in their daily lives as a tangible, loving reality.
You can feel harmony, and God’s active presence in your life through ancient and effective techniques, including meditation, Kriya Yoga, spiritually-oriented Hatha Yoga, community, and divine friendship.
Ananda was founded in 1968 by Yogananda’s direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda.
